Shipping Policy
Chandeliery™ ships eligible online orders to supported delivery areas. Shipping time can vary based on product availability, order volume, destination, carrier schedule, weather, holidays, customs or inspection procedures, and local delivery conditions.
Order Preparation
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Transit Time
After shipment, most packages arrive within 10–20 business days. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on carrier performance and destination.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed. Customers should review the order total, shipping address, and delivery details before confirming the purchase.
Tracking Updates
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking links may take time to update after shipment.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may cause delay, return, or delivery failure. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
Separate Packages
Some orders may ship in more than one package due to product size, warehouse location, inventory availability, or carrier handling requirements.
Delivery Problems
For delayed, lost, damaged, or incomplete deliveries, contact service@chandeliery.com with your order number and tracking details. For damaged packages, please include photos of the item, outer packaging, shipping label, and visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist where possible, but carrier delays and external delivery conditions may be outside our direct control.
