Can I install a hardwired light myself?
Hardwired products should be installed by a qualified professional. Always turn off power before installation, cleaning, maintenance, or bulb replacement.

Can indoor lighting be used outside?

What should I check before buying?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact service@chandeliery.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area.

Can I return a product after installing it?
Installed, wired, used, altered, scratched, damaged, incomplete, or missing-parts items may not qualify for return.

How long does delivery usually take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes about 10–20 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.
