Return Policy
Chandeliery™ accepts return requests for eligible items within 14 days after delivery. Customers must contact us at service@chandeliery.com before sending any product back.
To be reviewed for return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unwired, clean, undamaged, complete, and returned in the original packaging. All included parts must be returned, including manuals, mounting hardware, screws, shades, panels, decorative pieces, remotes, cables, adapters, bulbs, or other accessories when applicable.
Items may not be eligible for return if they are:
- Installed or wired
- Used or altered
- Scratched, cracked, stained, or damaged
- Missing parts, packaging, manuals, or accessories
- Damaged because of improper installation or handling
- Returned without approval
- Marked as final sale, clearance, customized, or special order
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. The posting time may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card provider, or payment service.
Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package unless our support team confirms the correct return address in writing.
